Lately, I’ve been thinking a lot about measuring influencer marketing campaign ROI, especially with budgets tightening across the board. Likes and shares are nice, but they don’t always reflect actual results. I’m trying to move past vanity metrics and figure out how to track conversions, engagement quality, and even long-term brand lift more effectively.
Some say affiliate codes or UTM links are the way to go, while others rely on post-campaign surveys or detailed funnel tracking. I’m not sure what the best approach is anymore, especially with multiple influencers running content on different platforms.
For those of you who’ve launched influencer campaigns recently, how are you tying measuring influencer marketing campaign ROI? Do you set ROI goals beforehand, or evaluate after based on performance? I’m particularly interested in methods that go beyond basic impressions and clicks, something more meaningful that helps justify spend and improve future campaigns.
Any help will be highly appreciated.
Thanks in advance!
