What kind of tea do you usually drink? I usually drink green tea because it calms me down. I’m a pretty nervous person. A month ago, I started drinking jasmine tea from the Twyford Tea Company , which has calming properties. For some reason, I hadn’t realised before that tea could be so effective and useful in such cases. Do you drink tea just for pleasure or because of its medicinal properties? My daughter just drinks it to eat something sweet.
